Building a robust logistics platform for Swift Logistic Solutions

About project

Task

SLS approached Godev to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that would encapsulate essential functionalities for their operations. The key requirements were:

  • Implementing user management for creating and editing user profiles
  • Enabling the generation and response to freight requests
  • Facilitating communication through dialogues on responses
  • Incorporating document approval processes at various stages of the logistics chain
  • Developing task management features with time logging capabilities
Solution

We began by assembling a dedicated team and conducting in-depth discussions to fully understand SLS’s requirements. A comprehensive work plan was created, and within two weeks, we documented the core pages of the application.

In the subsequent phase, our focus was on demonstrating the main functionalities of the product. Over the course of a month, we developed and refined these features. Upon presenting the MVP, the client was highly satisfied, which allowed us to launch the production environment for independent testing by SLS.

In the final stage, we enhanced the existing functionalities and resolved any bugs to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience. The platform became fully operational, granting users access to all of SLS’s capabilities upon logging into their accounts post-registration
